Fix it

Missed punches, fixed with one tap.

Forgotten clock-outs are flagged for you. Add the missing time where you are standing, before it becomes a wrong payslip.

  • Missing clock-outs listed at the top with a Fix button.
  • Add a missed punch for anyone, with their usual site already filled in.
  • Edit or remove a time that was punched by mistake.
Staff

Add and update staff on the spot.

A new starter turns up on site? Add them, take their photo and send them the app before their first shift.

  • Add an employee and get their clock-in PIN straight away.
  • Take their photo with the phone camera, ready for face clock-in on the wall clocks.
  • Send the app link and PIN to their WhatsApp.
  • Edit details such as job, department, pay rate, tax and bank details.
  • Disable someone who has left, and switch them back on if they return.
Schedule

Build the rota on the go.

See who is on, who is off and who has no shift yet, and fill the gaps from your phone.

  • Scheduled and off counts for each day, with anyone not scheduled flagged.
  • Assign, edit or delete a shift, with the site and department.
  • Copy to Next Week when the pattern stays the same.

In Settings, give a dashboard user their own app PIN, or mark a team leader as a manager.

They log in with that PIN
