About these holiday lists

Public holiday dates for 18 Caribbean countries, collected in one place from each government's own list: Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, The Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Montserrat, Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana. Every country has its own page with the 2026 dates, the 2027 dates where the government has published them, the day of the week for each holiday, any observed day the government lists, and an Add to calendar button that downloads the year as an .ics file.

Each page names the source and the date we last checked it, so you can see exactly where a date came from. The weekday matters for rotas and pay: a holiday on a Saturday may be observed on the Monday, a holiday on a rest day may earn a day in lieu, and the Easter-based days move every year. For the pay side, the public holiday pay guide explains a paid day off versus working the day, and the country pay calculators show the deductions on that pay.

How it works

  1. Pick a country. Its page lists every public holiday with the weekday, the next holiday highlighted, and the official source linked.
  2. Download the .ics file for a year and import it into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar; each holiday arrives as an all-day event.
  3. Pair the dates with the public holiday pay guide and your country's pay calculator when you plan the rota and run payroll.

Frequently asked questions

Where do these public holiday dates come from?

From each government's published list: the labour ministry, Cabinet Office, Gazette, Government Information Service or official tourism site, as named and linked on every country page with the date we last checked it. 14 of the 18 countries are fully from government sources; where only a non-government list was available for a year it is marked as such and will be replaced.

Which countries are covered?

Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, The Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Montserrat, Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana. If your country is missing, tell us at support@punchclock.ai.

Are the 2027 public holidays listed?

For 5 countries, yes: Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Barbados. The others are added as soon as their government publishes the 2027 list.

Can I get the dates into my calendar?

Yes. Every country page has an Add to calendar button per year that builds an .ics file in your browser with each holiday as an all-day event. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Do this automatically

PunchClock keeps the holiday calendar per country and pays the holiday rate automatically when someone clocks in on one of these days.
